Our Gymstar program is a semi-competitive gymnastics program, where outside club competitions are optional in a fun and fair environment with the emphasis on the execution of skills and routines rather than difficulty, ensuring all participants enjoy the experience of participating to their full potential. 

Gymstar is a flexible program, as it caters for individual abilities and correct progression through Gymstar levels 3 - 10.

Gymstar hours at Niddrie Gymnastics

• Gymstar 3: 2hr to 2.5hrs per week (1 session)
• Gymstar 4: 4hrs per week (2 sessions)
• Gymstar 5 - 10: 6hrs per week (2 sessions)

Gymstar is a program that runs along side our Australian Levels Program (ALP). If at any point the senior coaching staff believe a gymnast has the potential to move from the Gymstar to our ALP Limited Program, they will be recommended to the Head Coach. 

ENTRY INTO GYMSTAR OR (ALP) SQUAD PROGRAMS IS BY SELECTION ONLY.
